Despite the 'doom and gloom' forecast of some in the media, real estate sales volume in Conway NH is holding steady. Usually when you hear this you assume there is some kind of 'spin' going on. Not so...The following statistics detail the address, original listing price, the final sold price and the number of days the home was on the market for last month.

The numbers for September 2007 for Conway NH residential sales are not that much different from prior years and although the average number of days on market has increased this year, the average sales price is still above all other prior years. Most would agree that 2004 and 2005 were the best years in real estate and even those numbers compare quite favorably with this year.

Now, obviously this is just one month but when comparing quarter to quarter or year to year we still find basically the same thing: the North Conway NH real estate market has done quite well during these changes in real estate. The sky is NOT falling everywhere it seems.
