Charlie brings to his Real Estate practice over 30 years experience in marketing, consulting, and management. He has held numerous positions in manufacturing and marketing management, and he founded and ran an international marketing company for many years before embracing Real Estate several years ago.

Charlie’s approach to real estate is colored by the consultative approach to selling that was fundamental to success in his prior endeavors. He strives for an understanding of the objectives of each of his buyer and seller customers and clients, and works tirelessly to achieve those objectives. As a result, Charlie has built a substantial and very loyal following.

The practice of Real Estate presents new challenges almost daily, and meeting them requires a commitment to continuous improve-ment and enhancement of skills. Real Estate consumers deserve to be represented by Agents fully devoted to the Real Estate profession, and armed with the best and latest available tools and training. Charlie has completed well over 100 hours of accredited continuing education in Real Estate in just the past year and earned the profession’s GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in late 2008.
