With July 4th come and gone, we are finally in the heart of summer here in the Mount Washington Valley! As the weather improves, so does the real estate market. Here are some highlights.
- 389 residential units sold between January 1, 2016 and June 30, 2016. This is an increase of 11.78% over the same time period in 2015.
- Month over month, closed residential properties for the month of June 2016 increased by 29.8% (17 units) over May. June sales account for 19% of overall sales in the first half of the year.
- As of July 8th, there are 142 residential properties under agreement, and 20 land properties under agreement.
