July Real Estate Market Update
As students prepare to go back to school, the housing market remains steady. Despite a slight decrease in sold properties in July of 2016, the number of pending properties has increased. Here are some highlights for the housing market for July 2016.
- 421 Residential properties sold between January 1, 2016 and July 31, 2016, and increase of 5% (21 units) over the same time period in 2015.
- There is a total of 158 residential properties under agreement, an increase of 11% over the previous month (as of August 10, 2016).
- There is a total of 22 land listings under agreement, an increase of 10% over the previous month (as of August 10, 2016)
